Archivist

Knowledge should outlast the moment.

Organizations accumulate enormous amounts of knowledge—and lose context just as quickly. Archivist is being built around a simple idea: preserve what an organization knows, where it came from, and how it changed.

THE PROBLEM

Files aren't the same as knowledge.

Policies live in PDFs. Decisions disappear into email. Procedures change. Experienced employees leave. Search can find a file, but finding the right answer—and understanding whether it is still authoritative—is harder.

Archivist is envisioned as a layer of institutional memory: evidence-aware, history-aware, and designed to keep people connected to the source.

01

Source-backed answers

Knowledge should remain traceable to the documents and records that support it.

02

History & context

Understand not only what is current, but how policies, projects, and decisions evolved.

03

Connected knowledge

Reveal relationships between people, projects, customers, records, and decisions.

04

Designed for trust

Permissions, provenance, auditability, and human authority belong in the foundation.
